This amazing villa is located by Mondello beach, 10 km from Palermo and 20 minuts from the airport. The place has been built in 1911 in pure Liberty style and is located on the cliffs of Mondello beach with unique private sea harbour. It was built by architect Caronia ROberti, first assistant of Ernesto Basile. It has several terraces that overlook the bay. The house has 4 double rooms with balcony and sea view. The villa has 3 floors: the first one is furnished with living room, tea room, toilet and kitchen. The second and third floors are dedicated to private spaces with luxurious and spacious double rooms all with terrace that overlook directly in the sea. A splendid place to enjoy some rest during the extremely hot italian summers. It is also present a small dependance for the staff.  The prices are on request.
